What is a Makeup Kit?

A makeup kit is often simply referred to as a Kit. Most women keep a kit in their handbags (cosmetics bag or case), and professional makeup artists have more of an extensive Kit (in a large bag, duffle and/or luggage case).

What is a Hair Kit?

A hair kit often includes a blow dryer, flat/curling irons, brush, comb, water bottle, hairspray/gel and bobby pins. 

Will I be charged a Kit Fee with my BT2Go Seminar?

There are some BT2Go seminars that have specific Kit requirements in order to attend. Upon registering, students can read whether or not their desired seminar has these requirements, and if so, should come prepared.

However, an applicable Kit Fee will be charged to any student who enrolls in a BT2Go Seminar with specific Kit Requirements in its description, and arrives unprepared (i.e. Extensive Kits are required for Pro Seminars).

May I purchase a BT2Go Seminar Gift Certificate?

Seminar Gift Certificates can be purchased and sent online.

Do BT2Go Seminar Gift Certificates expire?

BT2Go Seminar Gift Certificates expire 120 days after purchase.

How will I know I am confirmed to attend a BT2Go Seminar?

Seminar Confirmation Invitations are sent by email.
Seminar E-Confirmations (including time and location) are sent 1-2 weeks prior.

May I refund or transfer my BT2Go Seminar?

All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
